To submit an order, please fill out the Order Form and email it to the address on the form, or mail to:

Most orders are filled within 48 hours.

Payment Types

Please send a personal check or purchase order (P.O.) along with a completed order form. Credit Card purchases can be made with an additional credit card fee of $22. Financing is available for teachers purchasing curricula or attending 5-Day Workshops with their own funds, please send us an email to request this option.

Discounts

An automatic 10% discount will be given for multiple orders on the same P.O. for a single district after the first purchase of a full-price one-year curriculum.

How to Use the Order Form

  1. Open and complete the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader®
  2. Once the form is complete, save it to your desktop or another preferred location on your hard drive.
  3. Open the saved file and verify that your information was saved properly.
  4. Attach the saved file to an email and send it to the address listed at the bottom of the order form.
