Description
The Advanced Placement College Board requires submission of an audit syllabus before they will approve the use of the trademarked course name “AP Environmental Science” on your school’s transcripts. The College Board determines whether or not a curriculum passes the high standards for the AP Environmental Science course based on the scope and depth of study, methods utilized and inclusion of labs, standards and skills as described by the course curriculum (a description of the APES course curriculum can be downloaded at the College Board website: apcentral.collegeboard.com).
A complete Audit Syllabus is available for separate purchase to teachers who already use the AP* Environmental Science Daily Lesson Plans curriculum. The Audit Syllabus is aligned with the contents of the AP* Environmental Science Daily Lesson Plans curriculum and is guaranteed to pass the College Board audit process. Upon purchase, the Audit Syllabus can be downloaded in a Word formatted document that takes about 20 minutes to customize and submit electronically. A letter of instruction and highlighted fields walk the teacher through the submission process so that it is easy and quick.
